Bentley SIP Systems ensure that a precision quality package is delivered every time by combining many years of construction experience with one of the leading BBA approved, construction products on the market today – the Kingspan TEK Building System.
Our fully trained, reliable and supervised SIP erectors are fully supported by the experienced, professional management team, offering clients the continuity of dealing with one company throughout the SIPs build. Senior management ‘hands-on’ involvement in projects means we head up and lead our professional, dedicated team from the front to ensure we focus on delivering exceptional quality projects on time.
The Project Managers provide a point of regular contact with clients throughout the project duration – visiting site on a regular basis to ensure all is correct with deliveries, quality of installation and ensuring safe working methods.
To this end we carry out site specific risk assessments and method statements for all projects, identifying and controlling hazards. We offer on-site continuous safety training and our teams include first aid trained operatives.
Bentley SIP systems welcome enquiries whether it is for a one-off extension, new home, development, commercial and educational buildings. Once we are in receipt of the architects plans our experienced team review and advise on the suitability of the Kingspan TEK System for your project.
Detailed quotations are offered within 10 – 15 working days explaining exactly what is included and excluded, so there are no hidden extras. We include the fixings and ancillary items, such as additional timber, feature glulam beams, steel supports, everything associated with the SIP structural frame, together with the required plant (crash-deck, crane hire and/or telehandler).
Using the architects plans, our design team – with the input of our engineers – will create full bespoke design drawings and 3D model of the SIPs element of the project for client approval prior to manufacture. The panels are then factory cut to minimise waste; packaged and delivered to site for installation onto the client’s pre-prepared foundations.

The house on the left is once it had been fully finished by the ‘self-builder’ client.
‘I wanted to take the opportunity to send my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Bentley Sips for the superb way you have all tackled my house build, and the courteous and efficient way your whole building team went about things. Nothing was too much trouble.
The team leader on site, Andy’s technical and structural knowledge came to the fore during the process on many occasions. He was polite, accommodating and I have nothing but praise for his on-the-job skillset. In addition, Daniel Pervin always went beyond normal levels of customer service, he always responded to every phone call, text, email, and he always did it with a charming manner, with efficiency, speed, helpfulness, and professionalism.’

Our team of trained and qualified erectors install the Kingspan TEK system – all supervised, managed and inspected by our team of Project Managers. These managers programme and sequence the installation, undertaking site inspections to ensure the quality and speed of the on-site build.
We fully co-operate and co-ordinate with our clients builders to ensure the successful delivery of projects – offering any technical support and advice as required. The role of principal contractor remains with the client and/or their appointed agent, as does the responsibility for the scaffolding and site welfare facilities.
To complete the SIP installation we fully wrap the building in Kingspan Nilvent Breather Membrane which makes the building weather tight for the other finishing trades to follow on. Prior to handing over the building to the client we carryout inspections, complete customer satisfaction and client sign off. Kingspan will then provide Product Warranties.
